Priva has identified separate market groups to enable it to be faster and more flexible in its response to specific demands and developments in those markets. These are the Agro Business division, which focuses on businesses in protected cropping, and a Building Intelligence division, specialising in Building management systems (BMS).

Moreover, Priva also has a subsidiary Van Beek Ingenieurs, offering software and advice for energy management.

Staff departments such as HR, ICT and Accounting are based at the company headquarters in De Lier, the Netherlands, as are the support departments, subdivided into Marketing & Communications, Innovation & Research and Logistics & Production.

The Dutch sales and service office serves the Benelux and all markets in the world where Priva is not represented by local offices. Local offices are located in Belgium, Germany, United Kingdom, Sweden, Mexico, Canada and China.

Furthermore Priva is represented in many other areas by independent Priva partners.
